Q. How do i place an order for a recital video?

Q. I added items to my cart but why am i not able to checkout?

After you click on “Add to cart” your items will be loaded in the shopping cart located at the top right of the page. clcik on the shopping cart to purchase.

Q. Will i receive a DVD or a digital link?

We no longer sell DVD/Blu-ray media and offer digital downloads only.

Q. How long does it take to receive my order after its been placed?

Please allow six to eight weeks after the date of the event to receive your link. A confirmation email will be sent informing you when your order is complete. Please check your spam/junk folder as it may land there.

Q. How do i receive the link?

We will send you a digital link via our 3rd party site Zenfolio and or Hightail.com.

Q. Do the video links expire?

The link is set to expire in 90 days. Please download and save the media to your computer and also back it up to an external hard drive/USB stick for safekeeping. Once the link expires, we will not send a new link in the future for any reason.

PLEASE DO NOT SHARE THE LINKS WITH ANYONE THAT DID NOT PURCHASE A COPY AS THIS WILL DISABLE AND SUSPEND THE LINK CAUSING DELAYS!

Q. Its been 3 or more days since i placed an order for a digital video to be emailed, how can i follow up on that?

Try checking your spam/junk folders if you do not see an email from us in your inbox. Email will be coming from a 3rd party site called Hightail.com. If that fails please email Robert@visualtechproductions.com

Q. How do i transfer the digital video to my digital devices (iPhone, iPads etc) after i download if from your website?

Transferring videos to your phone or iPad is easy. You can use Apple Airdrop (Apple Devices) or Samsung Smart Switch.

REFUND POLICY

Visual Tech Productions offers no refunds if you decide to cancel your order for any reason. All sales are final.

Once your package ships, we will send you a notification email with tracking info. The client must inform Visual Tech Productions if they have not received their order in the mail within 60 days after the date of purchase. If the client fails to do so, Visual Tech Productions will not offer a replacement or refund (s). Make sure you check your spam/junk mail folder, as the confirmation email may have landed there.

Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform Visual Tech Productions of any technical or other problems with the video within 7 days. After 7 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product.

Visual Tech Productions reserves the right to use the video footage for promotional purposes.

Copyright will be owned by Visual Tech Productions. Further editing or sharing of any assets created by Visual Tech Productions is prohibited unless written permission has been granted.
