Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the selected package price is payable 30 business days before the wedding day to reserve your date. The complete balance (final payment and any additional costs listed and/or selected) is due within one week of your wedding date and before the finished product is delivered.

In the event that more than one client wishes to book wedding services on the same day, preference will go to the first client to pay the deposit. Rescheduled weddings will only be accommodated if the new date does not conflict with another booked wedding.

Visual Tech Productions will be the exclusive professional videographer. Friends and family are permitted to operate video cameras on the condition that they do not interfere with or get in the way of the professional coverage. It is the client’s responsibility to secure access to areas for videography. Visual Tech Productions will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions.

Visual Tech Productions will establish an arrival time for the wedding date with the client prior to that date and remain on duty for the number of hours included in the package. Coverage hours included in the package are for the wedding date only and must be consecutive. This block of time includes set-up and tare-down of equipment, transporting between venues and meal breaks.

Because Visual Tech Productions is generally on the same schedule as the bride and groom, the client agrees to provide Visual Tech Productions with a reasonable meal during the time that the bride and groom are served at the reception.

Any expenses incurred by Visual Tech Productions not pertaining directly to the production of the video (ex: out-of-town accommodations, tux rental, parking, shipping, etc.) will be added to the clients balance.

Creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at the discretion of Visual Tech Productions.

Visual Tech Productions will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics/lighting, interference from guests, etc.

Visual Tech Productions reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reasonable cause, e.g. accident or ill health, or other unforeseen circumstance. In this event ALL monies paid will be refunded in FULL.

Any liability on the part of Visual Tech Productions will be limited to the amount of monies paid.

The completed video will be considered a finished product, and any additional requested revisions will be added to the client's balance at the prorated rate of $100 per hour.

Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform Visual Tech Productions of any technical or other problems with the video within 7 days. After 7 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product.

Visual Tech Productions reserves the right to use the video footage for promotional purposes.

Copyright will be owned by Visual Tech Productions. Further editing of any assets created by Visual Tech Productions is prohibited unless written permission has been granted.
